Sutelcom Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Sutelcom. By accessing and using our IT services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.
2. Services Provided
Sutelcom offers a range of IT services, including:
- Software development and implementation
- IT infrastructure management

3. User Responsibilities
- Account Registration: You must register for an account to access certain services. Provide accurate, complete information and keep your account details updated.

4. Fees and Payment
- Billing: Sutelcom will bill according to the terms set forth in your service agreement. All fees are due as stated in your invoice.
- Late Payment: Payments not made within the terms may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Florida law, whichever is less.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to our services and contained within or distributed as part of the services shall remain the sole property of Sutelcom or its licensors.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information disclosed during the course of service provision, unless required by law to disclose.
7. Termination
Services may be terminated by either party in accordance with the terms set forth in the service agreement.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sutelcom provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sutelcom will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Sutelcom has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sutelcom, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
13. Modifications to Terms
Sutelcom reserves the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our services after such modifications, you agree to the revised terms.
